Our Geoscience and Petrotechnical Engineers drive our understanding of the subsurface and pioneer approaches that help us make better decisions across our business and industry. Primarily working to identify and understand hydrocarbon deposits, these teams combine unparalleled technical understanding with adept use of the latest technology to help clients estimate and increase recoverable reserves and optimize production. You’ll be part of multi-disciplinary teams that work in the field, the office, or our learning centers and collaborate to solve some of the toughest challenges in our industry. After you complete your three-year structured development program, you’ll be in a position to shape your career; whether it’s deepening your expertise, moving into management, or transferring your skills to another area of our business.
