1. Assist Production Manager to oversees the whole production crew to ensure the product grades defined by production planning/ scheduler with consistent quality following strict operation discipline.

2. The team includes each furnace leaders, feed system foreman, and micro silica by-product foreman. Small quantity slag generated from the production is managed by this team.

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

2. No working experience require, highly motivated fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

3. Good leadership potential and ability to learn quickly.

4. Mandarin speaker would be added advantage.

5. Positive thinker and willingness to learn from senior engineer under high pressure scenario.

6. Working location: Samalaju Industrial Park, Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia.

1. Execute mechanical engineering activities and coordination with other departments.


2. Effective planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring of work activities.


3. Engineering/project cost estimates and schedules


4. Provide leadership, training and mentoring to engineers and team members


5. Performs troubleshooting responsibilities for electrical facilities and working with others to manage all plants facilities.


6. Manage spare parts and maintenance equipment.
