During the 3-year programme, the Management Associate shall: 1) Perform daily tasks in various functions to gain practical business experience and exposure. 2) Work alongside senior leaders to develop and implement actions that protect organization assets and profitability. 3) Undertake strategic corporate projects assigned by management. 4) Initiate and drive change to advance the growth of the organization. 5) Identify trends and recommend proactive actions to manage business situations. 6) Assist in leading and promoting the culture and business value of the organization. 7) Undergo comprehensive on-the-job training programme under the direction of experienced senior management. 8) Travel to different factories and participate in daily operations as and when required. 9) Achieve passing score by gaining knowledge and experience required for promotion to management position at the end of Programme.

This position is available for Malaysian graduate only. Salary range : MYR 3200 - 4500

1) Degree in relevant field from reputable universities.
2) Minimum CGPA of 3.2 or equivalent.
3) Fresh graduate or less than 2 years working experience
4) At least 2 significant leadership roles
5) Grade A for recognized English tests.
6) Grade A for recognized Mathematics tests.
