Requirements:
• Possess minimum SPM / STPM / UEC / A-Level or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Possess related banking / sales / marketing / business development related experiences will be added value!
• Good communication in Mandarin & English will have added advantages due to business needs
• Result-oriented mindset and a strong drive for success
• Individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset
• An outgoing personality and able to engage conversation with all level of people
• Possess own transport

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Represent the company in providing estate planning and financial management solutions to clients
• Proactively manage and build long term customer relationships.
• Maintain updated knowledge of regulations, practices and financial products
• Take up a key role in driving our company sales and recruitment targets
• Involvement in team development, Recruit and develop your own sales team members.
• Be a role model in the usage of company digital tools
• Actively participate in company activities. (e.g.: meeting, training, recruitment events, awards dinner, seminar….)
