Position Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Possess minimum SPM / STPM / UEC / A-Level or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Possess related secretary / administration / PA experiences will be added value!
• Required language (s): Mandarin, English
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Good character and presentable
• Possess Own Transport
Tasks
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documentation, and marketing activities.
• Provide ongoing service and support to clients.
• Ensure client information is accurate and current.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, responsive manner.
• Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
• Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
• Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
• Coordinate events and speaking engagements
• Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
• Doing weekly report and monthly report
Salary Range
2500 - 4000
