Position Requirements
Requirements:
• Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply
• With 2 Year(s) of working experience in life insurance or financial services business in the area of Training and development will be added advantage
• Independent and able to perform with minimal supervision.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and passionate in people development.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin. Other dialects will be added advantage.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
• To provide consultation, coaching and monitoring support to our sales agent
• To enhance & develop soft skill training in order to support our agent to achieve sales target
• To align and support the management in achieving company vision and mission
• To conduct and develop training slides for new products and relevant training programmes
• To plan and execute training schedule for agency members
• To monitor agents and ensure training compliance needs
• To participate and involve in company and agency activities
• Working closely with Recruitment Team
Salary Range
2500 - 6000
