• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
• Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
• Self-motivated person, strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, strategize and execute.
• Good networking ability.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Main Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review tender documentation including BoQ, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting. Attend tender interviews with clients and subcontractors.

• Prepare C&S costing report base on project and P.E.

• Attend site evaluation, and prepare progress claims for on-time submission.

• Handle subcontract work procurement processing up to contract awarding.

• Prepare project cash flow projection report and maintaining the master material pricing data sheet.

• Preparation of Final Account.

• Assist senior Contract Executive/Manager with other duties as required from time to time.
