Supervise and implement production department and project operation tasks, while assisting other departments with necessary operations to ensure smooth operations
Supervise the progress of all publishing projects and be responsible for execution including text editing, design, typesetting, video production, etc.
Responsible for clerical work, including form production, business emails, business letters, PPT, interview records, meeting minutes, reports, etc.
Supervise and implement project quality management to ensure the highest production standards of content production and publications
Participate in department meetings as a progress reporter
Monitor the operation of the department's standard operating procedures and propose amendments when necessary
Establish weekly goals for the department to complete the project production timeline and department monthly goals set by the production director
