Construct and optimize the virus packaging plasmid.

PhD degree, major in virology, molecular biology, cell biology, etc.
Have rich experimental experience in cell biology, molecular biology and virology, proficient in PCR, western blot, plasmid construction, fermentation/cell culture, virus packaging and purification and other experimental technologies.
Able to actively learn and communicate, share professional knowledge, have a good sense of collaboration and innovative thinking, and have skilled literature research and technical problem solving skills.
Excellent learning ability, executive ability, professional quality and responsibility.
Research topics related to adeno-associated viruses, lentiviruses, adenoviruses, baculoviruses, herpesviruses, virus-like particles VLP are preferred.
Strong listening, reading and written skills in Chinese and English

Construct and optimize the virus packaging plasmid.
carry out fermentation/cell culture, separation and purification process development experiments.
Responsible for experimental scheme design, data analysis and project report writing.
Constantly learn and update the foreword knowledge about the trend of gene therapy-related virus technology industry, and apply it to the company's technological update and improvement.
Participate in the construction of virus research and development platform.
Complete other work arranged by superiors.
