This job is an internship for banking and finance/marketing. Assist in marketing strategies, create content, and conduct market research. You might like this job because it offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to work on diverse tasks (e.g., mortgage loan procedure).

Job Description:
1. Mortgage-related knowledge (e.g., project / subsales, MRTA & MLTA, loan application details & procedures)
2. DSR calculation
3. Check CCRIS
4. Collect documents
5. Connection with valuers
6. Connection with bankers (e.g., bank guidelines, submit case)
7. Quotation
8. Sales & marketing (e.g., telemarketing, F2F marketing, recruitment, find client base & long-term partners)

Job Requirements
1. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients).
2. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
3. Flexibility in accepting the tasks and responsibility for the position.
4. Willing to learn, excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
