1. Conducting surveys and measurements of land, buildings, or other structures. 2. Using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and levels to collect data accurately. 3. Analyzing survey data and preparing reports, maps, and charts. 4. Interpreting survey plans, maps, and legal documents. 5. Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate survey results. 6. Providing guidance and recommendations based on survey findings. 7. Ensuring compliance with surveying standards, regulations, and safety protocols. 8. Performing quality control checks on survey data and reports. 9. Maintaining surveying equipment and troubleshooting technical issues. 10. Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members

1. Bachelor's degree in surveying, civil engineering, or a related field.
2. Professional certification or licensure as a surveyor (e.g., Licensed Surveyor).
3. Proven experience in land surveying or a similar role.
4. Proficiency in surveying software and technology.
5. Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in surveying measurements and data.
7. Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and practices.
8. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain.
9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
10. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to survey sites as needed.
* Fluent in Chinese speaking and writing are preferred
