As an Audit & Tax Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and tax services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax laws.
Experience in auditing and tax preparation, preferably in a public accounting firm.
Proficient in using accounting software and tax preparation software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Conducting financial statement audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, schedules, and reports. Conducting tax planning and compliance activities, including the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns. Assisting in the research and interpretation of tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely compliance. Participating in client meetings and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and recommendations for process improvements. Staying updated on the latest industry trends, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
