• Collaborate with Consultants to deliver recruitment assignments
• Conduct research on industry landscape and clients' requirements
• Source and screen candidates against competency requirements
• Maintain robust candidate databases
• Coordinate interview arrangements and manage offer processes

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn, adapt and take on new challenges
