• Interacting with Customers: Handle complaints, process orders, and provide information about the company's products and services


• Communication: Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information through various channels such as phone, email, or chat


• Record Keeping: Accurately recording customer information and keeping records of customer interactions is crucial


• Problem-Solving: Must have good problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and process returns effectively


• Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction is a primary goal, and they may need to refer customers to supervisors when necessary


• Sales Opportunities: Identifying opportunities to up-sell other products and services is also part of the job


• Service Follow-Up: Verify customer information and schedule monthly maintenance for improved filtration service

Position Requirements
• Possess strong customer service and computer skills, be well-spoken, and maintain a professional demeanor
• Education requirements can vary, but often a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, and further education in a related field may be advantageous
• Good data entry and typing skills, along with a strong working knowledge of computer software like Microsoft Office, are also important
