Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: o Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. o Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. o Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. 2. Marketing Strategy: o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and strategies. o Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and promotional materials. o Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed. 3. Sales Support: o Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and pitches. o Participate in client meetings and presentations to drive business development initiatives. 4. Collaboration: o Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure alignment on business goals and marketing strategies. o Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its offerings. 5. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in business development and marketing roles, preferably in Building Façade • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools. • Bachelor degree in business or marketing.
