Job Title: Contract Administrator
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while fostering positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contract Management:
o Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
o Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal standards.
o Maintain a centralized contract database and ensure timely renewals.
2. Collaboration:
o Work closely with various departments (e.g., legal, finance, operations) to facilitate contract execution and compliance.
o Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries.
3. Compliance and Risk Management:
o Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any discrepancies or issues.
o Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and correspondence.
o Prepare regular reports on contract status and performance metrics.
5. Training and Support:
o Provide training and support to staff on contract management processes and best practices.
o Stay updated on industry trends and legal changes affecting contracts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of contract law and compliance requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CCM).

• Entry Salary : S$ 2800 - S$ 3800
• Benefits : Work 6 days a week with alternate Saturday half-day.
• Medical Claim – S$ 250.00 per year
• Dental Claim - S$ 200.00 per year
