Job Title HR & Admin Executive Occupation HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST Job Description & Requirements Job Description - Human Resource: · Full-spectrum of HR cum administrations, including Recruitment, Compensations and Benefits, Performance appraisal, Payroll Processing, implementation of policies, staffs' discipline/disputes, and other HR-related functions · Assist in work pass application and using of WPOL, EPOL, and MyMOM Portal · Liaise with agent to get the worker details who will be on board · Co-coordinating for appointments with MOM on work permit card and medical checkup for the same · Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of all HR records, systems, user guides, internal policies and personnel file · Manage the complete on-boarding and off-boarding process for all Singaporeans and foreign employees including the administrative work (eg; employment contract, policies, medical claims, insurance matters, and monthly headcount reports, etc.) · Responsible for payroll computation on the respective department · Prepare monthly payroll report and summary report for Finance · Support day-to-day activities of our HR & Admin department, include processing employee data, learning & development, assisting in the hiring process, scholarship and sponsorship, internship program, orientation and make sure all HR operations run smoothly · Administration of mandatory training including but not limited to monitoring the validity of the training certificate(s), training registration, etc · Coordinate with MOM listed training centers to book training for new workers, existing workers whenever its necessary · Specialize in end-to-end recruitment functions which include job posting, screening, and interviewing · Monitor monthly staff medical / dental claims · Handle all other HR matters and administration tasks as assigned by the manager Job Description - Administration: · Support Manager in Company Administration matters · Manage and maintain contact list changes · Arrange accommodation and transportation for our company business partners as well as our staff · Provide administrative support such as scanning, filling, compiling documents, invoice, etc · Assist in administration of company insurances, medical claims etc. through insurance broker · Assist in organizing Company functions and staff welfare activities · General office administration including but not limited to answering incoming calls, distribute incoming letters, update phone and email listing etc · Order office supplies/pantries and research new deals and suppliers list Requirements: · Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent or Business Administration or related discipline · Good knowledge of Employment Act & Singapore regulations · Able to work in a fast-paced environment · Independent team player with the ability to multi-task · Attention to details and good administrative skills · Good communication skills Entry Salary : S$ 2500.00 Benefits : Work 5 days a week with alternate Saturday half-day. Medical Claim – S$ 250.00 per year Dental Claim - S$ 200.00 per year
