Job Descriptions
• Source, evaluate, negotiate and purchase goods for direct and indirect materials according to project requirements (RFQ/BOM)
• Participate in strategic sourcing initiatives. Research, evaluate potential suppliers and develop newly qualified vendors to maintain a strong and healthy supply base.
• Keep abreast of the market/price situation and conduct a regular price comparison.
• Generate purchase order and forward to the respective suppliers; facilitate the fulfillment process at all stages from material requisition (MR) till purchase order (PO) closed in the system.
• Coordinate with the store to check stock levels as required and place orders as needed
• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and receiving the stock.
• Liaise and build a good rapport with suppliers and cross-functional team members (relationship management).
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or minimum Diploma in Business studies major Purchasing Management / Supply Chain Management/Engineering, preferably with technical background or experience.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no related working experience may apply.
• Knowledge of SAP experience but not a MUST.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially excel.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.

• Entry Salary : S$ 2500.00
Benefits : Work 5 days a week with alternate Saturday half-day.
Medical Claim – S$ 250.00 per year
Dental Claim - S$ 200.00 per year
