Job Description & Requirements
Job Descriptions:-
• Study contract documents and assist in contract administration
• Understand tender drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Understand the market updates and facade construction cost trend
• Good knowledge in Contract and QS procedures and pricing
• Negotiate contracts terms and condition with customers

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines.

• Entry Salary : S$ 2800.00
• Benefits : Work 5 days a week with alternate Saturday half-day.
• Medical Claim – S$ 250.00 per year
• Dental Claim - S$ 200.00 per year
