Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our dynamic team as a Group Office Executive. In this role, you will work directly under the founder, managing existing business operations (Design, Destinations, LIVE, Innovation, Content) while also spearheading the development of new ventures and partnerships Sabah, Brunei & Sarawak. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of accounting, legal, domestic policies, and Public Relations principles, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Position Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative or operational role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly MCMC regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
Tasks

Key Responsibilities: Business Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., MCMC regulations). Coordinate with external vendors and service providers. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Develop and implement strategic marketing and PR initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Group Subsidiaries Project Management: Assist and manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the founder, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and preparing presentations.
