We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Blender expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of 3D modeling, animation, and rendering techniques, as well as experience working with various file formats, including .las, .ply, .glb, and .gmtl. Proficiency in Unreal Engine and Unity is a significant advantage.

- Demonstrated expertise as a 3D Blender specialist, supported by a robust portfolio highlighting advanced skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of 3D modeling, animation, and rendering methodologies.
- Proficient in handling various file formats, including .las, .ply, .glb, .gltf, .fbx, and other relevant types.
- Experience with Unreal Engine and Unity is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

-Create high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual effects using Blender.
-Work closely with the Senior Programmer and Founder to translate creative concepts into stunning 3D visuals.
-Ensure compatibility with Unreal Engine and Unity for seamless integration into game development projects.
-Optimize 3D assets for real-time rendering and performance.
-Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in 3D modeling and animation.
