An Inspection Engineer intern is responsible for assisting in the delivery of specialized inspection services to clients, ensuring the integrity and safety of equipment and structures. This includes conducting inspections, particularly using Hybrid Acoustic Technology Systems (HATs) and/or MMM site execution, performing non-destructive testing, analyzing data, and preparing reports, all while upholding the high standards expected by the company for its clients.
- Assist in conducting inspections using Hybrid Acoustic Technology Systems (HATs) and/or Magnetic Memory Method (MMM) under the supervision of senior engineers. - Support non-destructive testing (NDT) activities to assess the integrity and safety of equipment and structures. - Assist in data collection, analysis, and report preparation for inspection findings. - Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company standards and safety protocols. - Maintain and organize inspection tools and equipment as needed. - Collaborate with the inspection team to learn best practices and technical procedures. - Participate in training sessions to enhance industry knowledge and hands-on skills.
