Job Description
We are looking for an Accounting Intern to assist our accounting team with administrative tasks, invoice processing, data entry, and document organization. This internship provides hands-on experience in financial record-keeping and accounting procedures. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about accounting operations in a professional setting.
Position Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles will be added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Willing to learn and assist in various accounting tasks.
Tasks
Assist the Account Manager with daily accounting tasks and paperwork.
Organize and arrange invoices for processing and filing.
Key in financial data and maintain accurate records in the system.
Support in reconciling accounts and verifying transactions.
Prepare simple financial reports and summaries as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks related to finance and accounts.
Ensure documents are properly filed and accessible for audits.
Salary Range
500 - 800
