Responsible for the design, installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems in oil and gas facilities. Ensures systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. Key duties include preparing technical specifications, reviewing vendor documents, supporting commissioning activities, and troubleshooting instrumentation issues. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Instrument Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 3 years' instrumentation experience in the oil & gas industry, including 1 year in a supervisory role.

- Understand hazardous are classification and ensure safe work (no sparks unless approved)
- Train subordinates to maintain high safety awareness.
- Understand processes and control systems, alarms, trip systems, nd troubleshooting.
- Understand processes and control systems to diagnose faults independently.
- Coordinate with design teams for safe and efficient installations.
- Read and interpret control loop diagrams, P&ID's, schematics, and tune controllers.
- Follow company standards, DEPs, and IMP requirements.
- Comply with HSE procedures, PTW systems, and electronic PTW.
- Troubleshoot, test, inspect, and maintain:
1. PLCs
2. DCS systems
3. Fire and gas systems
- Have good spoken and written English.
- Able to do work scoping and work packing.
