Job Description
The HR Executive is responsible for managing key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and policy implementation. This role ensures HR strategies align with organizational goals and support a productive workplace environment. The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the HR department and assists with daily HR functions such as maintaining records, scheduling, and employee communications.
Position Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1-4 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software/tools
Tasks
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and exit processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration, and leave tracking
- Help coordinate training sessions, staff development programs, and engagement events
- Provide support in preparing HR reports, letters, and official documents
- Handle general HR administration tasks and respond to employee queries
- Ensure HR practices comply with internal policies and employment regulations
