• Material Request
- Assist in issuing construction Material (MR)
- Keep Track on material issued and liaise with Order Processing Department
- Liaise with site coordinator on materials requested to coordinate delivery
• Quotation Issuance
- Assist in the preparation of quotation, including the Bills of Quantity
- Assist in calculation and estimation of quotation items
• Handover of Project
- To prepare and issue handover form to relevant salesperson/site coordinator
- Assist in preparing progress claim for workdone on project
• Issuance of Claim Certificate
- Assist in preparing a ‘Profit & Loss’ report
- To issue claim certificate to relevant subcontractor working
• Record Keeping
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Issuance of Purchase Order
- Assist in the preparation of a PO request
- Liaise with Subcon in regards to PO issued
• Minutes of Meeting
- To assist in preparing the minutes of meeting for the department’s bi-monthly meeting
• Project Progress Report
- Prepare progress report for on-going project
- Monitor project progress and handle any issue that arise
• Site Visit [RFQ]
- Assist in carrying out site visit and estimation, communicating with client to identify and define their requirement, scope and objectives
• Project Coordination
- Assist in administering and coordinating project deliverables
• Any other assignments which may be provided from time to time

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or any related field
• Demonstrable experience in quantity surveying
• Familiar in the use of design software (AutoCAD)
• Good knowledge in construction drawing
• Good communication and interpersonal skill

Carry out site measurement for roofing and roller shutter and issue material request
