• Represent the company in promoting and selling company’s products.
• Build closer rapport with dealers, customer to establish new and potential business contacts, secure new business opportunities fall under the assigned categories.
• Establishment of new and potential business contacts and follow-up on potential market which fall under the assigned products range and categories.
• Provide after sales service and increase customer satisfaction
• Monitoring credit control to improve cash flow or liquidity position by investigates customers’ credit worthiness and their validating credit status; suspend delinquent account where necessary
• Attend weekly sales and collection meeting to ensure forecasted sales and collections are achieved
• Involve and participate in publicity activities such as exhibition, product training, seminars, sales promotion and advertising of products held by the company
• Attend weekly store/ factory visit, execute an effective selling method to ensure sales objective is achieved
• Attend weekly meeting with sales manager to discuss market information, major challenge and how to overcome sales performance gaps
• Carry out customer satisfaction survey
• Increase customer awareness through online marketing tools
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor from time to time

• GCE ‘O’ Level or Certificate or Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, Accounting, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or any other related field
• Computer literate.
• 2-3 years working experience in the related field
• Able to adjust to fast changing business conditions and is always result oriented
• Knowledge in building materials will be an added advantage
• Possess Brunei valid driving license

Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for selling as many of the company's goods as possible. He/she plays a very important part to in the company's success. Areas of involvement include selling all types of building materials from small to large items. He is also involved in follow-up payments from customers, coordinating project issues in related to material supplied or installation, identifying new markets and business opportunities.
