Job Description

1. Oversee workshop operations, coordinate daily workshop schedules and allocate resources effectively.
2. Supervise repair progress and ensure warranty compliance per SANY procedures.
3. Provide technical guidance and training to the team, and develop improvement plans.
4. Manage workshop performance against KPIs, control budget, and prepare reports for management.

Position Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
2. Proficiency in Mandarin (able to liaise with suppliers from China)
3. Possession of a valid Class D driving license
