• Implement and supervise projects to ensure cost-effectiveness, high quality, and timely completion while meeting approved specifications and budget objectives. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution in line with the project schedule and management policies. • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and verify subcontractor work quality and invoices to ensure compliance with contracts and specifications. • Attend site meetings, analyze project trends, and provide status reports with recommendations for timely completion. • Oversee the application for the Certificate of Fitness, liaise with local authorities, and ensure compliance with infrastructure and building regulations.
