• To plan and manage the contracts and administration functions to ensure smooth and timely operations of development projects and the compliance of contracts’ terms and conditions. • Review tender documents and contracts to ensure its compliance with the law as well as with technical requirements and specifications. • Supervise the preparation of contract documents eg. Letter of acceptance, instructions for tender, forms of tender, forms of agreement, conditions of contracts, specifications and bills of quantities accurately and correctly. • Ensure regular work-in progress inspections, prior to verifying claims by consultants, Business Unit Head, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that the workmanship and materials used conform to specifications. • Prepare progress reports on contractual aspects of the projects for management review.
