- Support in transforming Hong Kong Pension market to e-channel processes.
- Engagement in daily BAU processing specifications, documentation, and project deliverable.
- Assist in managing and maintaining an up-to-date case list, ensuring accurate status tracking and timely follow-ups.
- Responsible for arranging and sending acknowledgment emails for incoming cases and preparing interim or follow-up responses as required.
- Assist in investigating and verifying data related to assigned tasks. This may include reviewing documents, conducting research, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Analyze and study individual cases, helping to categorize them according to predefined criteria to ensure effective management and resolution.
- Assist in the preparation of case reports, summarizing key findings, status updates, and any other relevant information as requested.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient handling of cases.
- Provide general administrative support as needed, including maintaining electronic records etc.

- Candidate must possess or is currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Self-volunteer internship candidates are welcomed to apply.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- We are seeking English and Mandarin-speaking candidates to effectively communicate with internal or external parties.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on Malaysia Public Holidays, replacement leaves will be given.

- Support automated onboarding and servicing of scheme members.
- Ensure accurate and secure processing of retirement transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve operations.
