conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for telecom tower installations and fiber rollout

supervise civil works such as trenching, ducting, manhole installation and fiber/cable laying

ensure compliance with relevant structural, safety and regulatory standards

coordinate with vendors, contractors and authorities for site approvals and construction activities

monitor project timelines, budgets and quality control of construction works

perform structural integrity checks for existing telecom towers and recommend corrective actions

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in telecommunication infrastructure projects.

Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience with structural design, site supervision and project coordination is added advantage

strong project management, organizational and communication skills

ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities

strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

willingness to travel and work at project sites as needed
