Overseeing building work. Assisting Project Manager in managing construction project. Survey-undertaking and setting out of project site. Checking technical designs and drawings. Supervision of site work to meet specifications, budgets and timeline. Supervision of sub-contractor staff and workers. Coordinate with client representative and sub-contractors. Providing site report and solving problems at site. Liaising with clients, subcontractors and consultant. Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork. Successful applicant shall report to the Project Manager.
