Job Description
a) Assist in collecting and analyzing sustainability data (e.g. energy use, waste, carbon footprint)
b) Support the development of internal sustainability reports and presentations
c) Drafting policies related to ESG matter
d) Participate ESG related activities
e) Assist in researching the best practices and propose ideas for improving sustainability performance
f) Help coordinate sustainability-related training or events
g) Collaborate across departments to integrate sustainability into daily operations
h) Participate in ad-hoc requests.
i) Keep the reporting superior informed on the progress of assigned tasks.
j) Perform proper filing and management of company documents.
Position Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or related field
- Passionate about ESG and eager to learn
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, or other design tools
