We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Intern to join the team. This role offers hands-on experience in market research, sales pipeline development, and client engagement. If you enjoy analyzing business trends, interacting with prospects, and supporting clients, this internship is for you!

* Final year, final semester for Diploma/Degree; OR newly graduated and looking to explore the healthtech industry
* Able to commit at least 3 months (12 weeks)
* A self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable making calls and engaging with prospects
* Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, or data analytics platforms (are a plus!)️

Key Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence & Analysis
* Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business strategy.
* Gather competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and risks.
* Provide data-driven insights to improve sales and business operations.

Sales Funnel & Prospect Engagement
* Assist in building and optimizing the sales pipeline.
* Identify and engage with targeted prospects via calls and digital outreach.
* Support sales team in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.

Client Support & Post-Deployment Assistance
* Provide remote support to clients after product/service deployment.
* Handhold clients through the onboarding process and address their concerns.
* Gather feedback to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
