Job Description

To maintain and service existing agents and assist in developing new business opportunities to support branch business objectives. To develop short and long -term strategies and offers value-added solutions for the branch customers so as to exceed customer expectations.

Position Requirements

• Diploma or degree of professional qualification in Marketing, Business Admin, Management, Economics, Finance and other related fields
• Fresh graduate with great aptitude and business acumen are also welcome to apply
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transport, valid driving license and willing to travel

Tasks

• Promote and sell general insurance products (motor, fire, personal accident, marine, liability, etc.).
• Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and brokers.
• Support agents with quotations, proposals, and product knowledge.
• Assist in premium collection, renewals, and monitoring outstanding accounts.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and joint activities to expand market reach. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare sales and business reports for management.

Salary Range

RM3,500 - RM4,500
