Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Maintain accurate sales records and assist in preparing reports.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on order status.
Support sales executives in day-to-day operations and client communication.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Team player, proactive and willing to learn.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
