Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit tenders, bids, and proposals in compliance with client requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering and sales teams to compile technical and commercial submissions.
- Track tender opportunities through Petronas and PAC portals.
- Maintain proposal database and ensure timely submission.
Position Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in tendering or contracts administration in oil & gas.
- Strong knowledge of tender processes, compliance, and formatting.
- Proficient in MS Office and good attention to detail.
