Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support.
- Manage documentation, filing, and correspondence with clients and vendors.
- Support HR and finance teams with basic record keeping.
- Arrange logistics for meetings, site visits, and travel.
Position Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in Administration, Business Studies, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably in oil & gas.
- Proficiency in MS Office and good organizational skills.
