Job Description
Assist with HR and administrative tasks (e.g., documentation and filing, preparing letters and memos)
Provide support for administrative functions, such as data analysis and timely submission of reports
Deal with incoming calls from clients
Assist with operational matters, including replying to customer emails, preparing documents for suppliers, and creating invoices for customers
Provide assistance to other staff members when necessary
Position Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Able to handle administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and basic report preparation
- Able to handle customer communications (emails, calls) in a polite and professional manner
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of responsibility, good attitude, and willingness to learn
- Skills Required: Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing and Marketing Automation
- Internship duration: Minimum 3 months (preferably 3–6 months)
