The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of project activities. This includes monitoring site progress, preparing project documentation and claims, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and assisting the Project Manager in achieving project objectives.

• Candidate must at least process Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Good communication correspondence skills, Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard is an added advantage

• To monitor project quality plan, work program and assist Project Manager in monitoring project cash flow and progressive claim preparation.
• Provide oversight in managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project from start-up through closeout and ensure that owner’s expectation is met.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor construction works at site & ensure site personnel following of company rules & regulations.
• Prepare quantity for variation order works and quotation.
• Ensure our installation, servicing and / or maintenance works are according to drawing contract specification and work schedule
• To attend site progress meeting, coordination meeting, safety meeting and site inspection
• To attend valuation of progress claim with client and / or consultants' representative
• Ensure that the day-to-day operations of projects are transitioned effectively to Project Managers when work commences in the field.
• Adhere to quotation and tender management policies and practice in performing daily task.
• Obtain necessaries and update documents to ensure availability of documents (e.g: pricing & technical data) for tender submission.
• Prepare quotations & proposed drawing as per client’s requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for on time delivery of all assigned tenders / quotation.
• Keep pricing and other information regarding quotation and tender confidential.
• Adhere AUTOCAD drawing as per client requirements.
