The position involves preparing tenders, quotations, and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance with client specifications, and timely submission. The role also requires close coordination with clients and suppliers, as well as the preparation of AUTOCAD drawings in accordance with project requirements.

• Candidate must at least process Diploma in Engineering Field
• Good communication & correspondence skills, Microsoft office knowledge
• Candidate with ISO 9001 standard and implementations knowledge have an added advantage
• Proficiency in using AUTOCAD software
• Meticulous and Organized
• Energetic and positive minded individual

• Adhere quotation and tender management policies and practice in performing daily task.
• Obtain necessaries and update documents to ensure availability of documents (e.g: pricing & technical data) for tender submission
• Liaise with client / consultant to obtain necessary documentation / information
• Prepare quotations & proposed drawing as per client’s requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for on time delivery of all assigned tenders / quotation.
• Liaise closely with supplier / sub – contractors to ensure items quoted comply accordance to tender requirement
• Keep pricing and other information regarding quotation and tender confidential
• Adhere AUTOCAD drawing as per client requirements
