This role involves creating and maintaining accurate BIM models for MEP systems, coordinating with engineers and project stakeholders, performing clash detection, and preparing detailed drawings and documentation in accordance with project requirements.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience working in construction line will be on advantage
• Good communication & correspondence skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Proficiency in using AUTOCAD software
• Meticulous and Organized
• Energetic and positive-minded individual

• Develop and maintain BIM models for mechanical and electrical systems using Revit software.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient coordination of MEP systems.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM model.
• Generate detailed drawings and documentation from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
• Continuously update and improve BIM models based on project changes and feedback.
