Job Description

The Finance & Accounting Associate will be responsible for creating & maintaining all accounting & bookkeeping records of the company. In addition to the accounting role, the Associate will have the opportunity to work closely with the top management in the cash flow management, budgeting of expenses and projections of income as well as working with management on dynamic projects such as valuation justification models and preparation of reports for stakeholders

Position Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Actuarial Science.

Tasks

- Assist in market research across fintech, IT, and strategic investment areas.
- Support financial analysis, feasibility studies, and digital finance modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using platforms like Lark.
- Contribute to financial and strategic documentation for HRDCorp-supported projects.
- Help design dashboards and reports integrating financial and HR data.
