Job Description
This role focuses on supporting clients in improving their production operations through tailored machinery and automation solutions. The Sales Executive will identify new business opportunities, guide customers on layout and upgrading needs, and offer suitable production line options. The position also involves conducting site assessments, presenting technical insights, preparing commercial offers, and managing the full sales cycle until project completion. Strong coordination with internal teams and consistent relationship building are key to ensuring smooth delivery and long-term customer satisfaction.
Position Requirements
i. Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
ii. Experience: 1–2 years in sales coordination, customer service, or admin roles (preferably in machinery/industrial sectors).
iii. Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM Software.
• Excellent communication (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus).
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
iv. Attributes: Team player, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Tasks
1. Production Planning Consultancy.
2. Floor Planning Consultancy.
3. Renovation Consultancy.
4. Medium-Sized Automated Production Lines.
5. Mega Production Lines.
6. Sales & Business Development:
• Actively prospect and generate leads for industrial machinery
7. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
8. Product Knowledge & Presentations:
• Stay updated on product offerings and industry advancements.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
9. Negotiation & Deal Closing:
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure profitable deals.
10. Reporting & Coordination:
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Salary Range
RM 2,000 - RM 4,000
