Job Description
The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting daily sales activities and ensuring smooth customer engagement. This position focuses on generating interest through outreach campaigns, managing online visibility, and handling inquiries from multiple channels. The role is based at HQ and involves overseeing showroom readiness, supporting small-machine sales, and maintaining accurate product and pricing information. The Sales Coordinator also updates customer records, tracks sales progress, and assists in events, demonstrations, and inventory monitoring to support overall sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Position Requirements
i. Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
ii. Experience: 1–2 years in sales coordination, customer service, or admin roles (preferably in machinery/industrial sectors).
iii. Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM Software.
• Excellent communication (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus).
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
iv. Attributes: Team player, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Tasks
1. Cold Calling, Email Blasting, WhatsApp Blasting.
2. Social Media Viral.
3. Indoor Sales – Stationed @HQ.
4. Sales of Small Machines – MCD/ Upcoming Own R&D Units.
5. Organised & Maintain Upkeep of Showroom & Lobby.
6. Sales Support:
• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins, providing product information and quotations.
• Maintain and update price lists, product catalogues, and promotional materials.
7. Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client details, interactions, and sales pipelines.
• Conduct Cold Calling, Email Blasting & Also WhatsApp Blasting.
• Responsible in Handling Walk-in/Appointment Clients through Cold Calling for Showroom Visit.
• Managing the Upkeep of the Showroom.
• Monthly Machinery Stock Count & Status.
• Assist in exhibition, events and product demonstrations.
Salary Range
RM 2,000 - RM 4,000
