This role involves using quantitative methods to analyze assets, build and validate investment models, research market dynamics, and generate data-driven investment insights.

Apart from strong quantitative and analytical skills, you must possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Requirements
A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Physics, Computer Science (with a strong mathematical focus), or a closely related quantitative field. Candidates with a strong Bachelor’s degree (First Class Honours or CGPA 3.8/4.0) and demonstrable research aptitude may also be considered.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to distil technical content into structured, persuasive narratives for investment decision-makers.
Intellectual rigour, attention to detail and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

As a Research Specialist (Quantitative-focus), you will :
applying mathematical, statistical and analytical techniques to evaluate a wide range of asset types;
building, researching and validating quantitative models to support investment decision-making;
undertaking comprehensive research to gain a holistic understanding of market dynamics; and
generating quantitative insights and investment ideas based on rigorous quantitative analysis.
