Job Description:
1. Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies and other requirements.
2. Travel to job sites in a timely manner and search for potential locations for new business development.
3. Deal and negotiate with tenants/owners to achieve the price set by company rules and regulations.
4. Preparing tenancy agreements, terms and condition.
5. Applying new business license and renewal of license.
6. Preparing all relevant documents.
7. Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time which assigned by the superior or manager

Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent
2. Able to speak in Mandarin fluently will be added advantage
3. Good attitude, responsible, hardworking and able to multi-task
4. Computer literate
5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
6. Possess own transport and willing to travel

Based in, warehouse miri
