1. Creative Content: Collaborate with marketing teams to produce conversion-focused content aligned with marketing objectives and customer needs.
2. Event Management: Assists marketing manager in organization of marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions for booth design, and promotional materials for events.
3. Performance Analysis: Maintain a marketing event calendar and prepare insightful monthly reports on key performance indicators and campaign outcomes.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure cohesive execution.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance and results.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing.
- Proficient in Chinese is a must, with good command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia in both written and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Able to work independently.
- Must be able to work at Oasis Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

The Events & Trade Shows Executive is responsible for supporting the marketing manager in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions. The role also involves developing conversion-focused content, coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and preparing performance reports to ensure all marketing activities are aligned with business objectives.
