• Contract administration from project start to final accounts stage.
• Process LTA MRT, PUB pipeline, and private project claims to clients.
• Prepare tenders, quotations, cost comparisons, and evaluations.
• Submit variation claims, certify subcontractor payments, procure project PBs and insurances.
• Any other tasks assigned by Contracts Manager / Higher Management

• Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in contractor firms.
• Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Able to work alternate Saturdays.
• Positive attitude and good work ethic.
